After my series of posts on manifestation, I’m sure you are thinking, “That’s all a bunch of woo-woo bullshit.” “That’s not for me.” Or even, “I’m sure some people can do that, but I can’t.” I assure you, anyone can do this. Let me provide some examples of manifestation from my life to prove it to you.
Real-Life Examples of Manifestation
A Last-Minute Bus
In the spring of 2022, my family and I were gearing up to move abroad to a beautiful little country in Central America. We planned to ship our curated personal belongings to our new home via ocean freight. Anything that we needed immediately or wouldn’t fit in the sea container would get loaded onto a bus I would drive down a couple of weeks after the shipping container set sail. The problem was that we didn’t have a bus! We couldn’t find a suitable bus anywhere. With COVID, many bus fleet operators took a hit in revenue due to the school closures, so many companies opted to maintain the buses in their fleets and postpone replacing them until later. COVID also prompted a boom in alternative living, so many available buses were snatched up by those eager to convert them into tiny homes and ‘skoolies.’
We began looking for our bus shortly after the new year, but to no avail. Months passed, and our departure date of April 30 was fast approaching. Yet, we refused to settle for any old bus. After all, we needed this bus to be in good working order. Its main objective was to get me and our stuff through the 5200 kilometers between my starting point and the final destination; a potential breakdown was not an option. We remained positive throughout our search and trusted that the universe had our back and would provide us with the desired vehicle. The weeks passed, and we found ourselves still searching, with one week left before our departure.
Believe, and You Shall Receive
Sure enough, on April 27th, a bus popped up in the classifieds. We jumped on the opportunity and secured the bus, the registration, and the vehicle insurance before our departure date on the 30th. The guy who sold us the bus (hi Justin!) was so generous that he agreed to drive it to the diesel mechanic I had found to service it while the family and I settled into our temporary rental home. After a few weeks abroad, I returned to load the shipping container, pack the bus, and close on the house.
The bus made the long trek and is still in good working order. It has many more miles than it did when we first got it. It has been a comfortable and reliable vehicle for our family and will soon be a home for us. We recently converted it into a camper and have plans to travel around Central America in the coming months.
A Teleporting Coconut
Fast forward a year and a half. I am working on a project in my shop area at the back of my house. It’s hot AF, and I think, “I would like some fresh coconut water.” The thought leaves me as I continue with my work. I stepped away from my workbench to install a piece I had been crafting. When I returned, there was a coconut sitting on my workbench. I had picked that coconut from a tree the day before and placed it in my garage, around the corner from my bench. “How did you get here?” I wondered. But I wasn’t too worried about the answer as my thirst intensified. I cut it open and drank it down. It was tasty and refreshing, and I was grateful for it. TikToker Mona Khad explained in one of her posts that this is a level four manifestation.
Pick of the Litter
When my family and I moved abroad, my wife and I made the challenging decision to leave our old jobs and start anew. For a long time, I had been drawn towards writing and desired to write a book based on my 20 years of experience as a contractor in residential renovations. No sooner than we had settled in our temporary rental house, a ‘random’ free 4-day book writing course popped up in the promotions tab of my email. Not too long after, another free resource crossed my proverbial desk: Matt Rud’s Punchy Books Masterclass.
The universe works in mysterious ways: I had only mentioned to my wife that I was thinking about writing a book, with the side note that I wasn’t sure how to start. But, the universal creative force stepped in and gave me the means to get started. I wrote that book in the summer of 2022 and self-published it through Amazon KDP in the early fall of the same year. I was proud of it and submitted it to several book-writing competitions. In September of this year (2023), I received notice that it won the Finalist Award in the Readers Favorite International Book Awards!
My success in my new-found writing career isn’t limited to my book. Besides starting this blog, I have landed several writing jobs within a short period of taking writing as a career seriously. I write for smartrliving.com and have been hired as a ghostwriter for a real estate agency, producing SEO-focused blog posts.
My growing writing portfolio is a perfect example of setting an intention, believing it, feeling it, and letting go of the expectation of its unfolding. Anything is possible when you align with your desires, follow your passion, and trust yourself and the universe.
A Miracle Baby
The most significant example of manifestation in my life involves the birth of my first son. We must rewind the clock to October 2020. Despite being in a world-class pediatric teaching hospital, we almost lost him. He was born into the NICU after a severe case of meconium aspiration syndrome left him lifeless and deprived of oxygen for his first 30 minutes. Despite the prognosis of “moderate to severe brain damage,” my wife and I did not waiver from the belief that he would be okay. We rallied friends and family worldwide to maintain a positive outlook in the face of a bleak outcome.
I ‘caught and flipped’ many negative thoughts in those early NICU days. I refused all negativity whatsoever. Some could have called it naive optimism or even ignorance. Whatever you want to call it, my wife and I knew he would be okay. My wife and I told ourselves many times a day, “he will be fine.” We visualized ourselves taking home a healthy baby. We envisioned ourselves healing his brain with our energetic field. A reiki master even perform a remote session on him.
Dumbfounded Doctors
The hospital staff later told us they were surprised and impressed by our commitment to a positive attitude. And it paid off: After a much anticipated CT scan that would determine the extent of the proposed brain damage, the results showed none, not a single imperfection! The hospital staff avoided us several days after the test because they couldn’t believe the results. He was so strongly presenting brain damage that they didn’t want to tell us the results immediately for fear they had got something wrong. They wanted to ensure the results before giving us any good news. My son, now three, is a happy and intelligent toddler. If you didn’t know of his traumatic start, you would never guess it.
A True Case of Manifestation
At the time, I didn’t consider the manifestation aspect of the event. Only recently have I understood this event to be not a case of true manifestation and not one of a modern medical miracle. My son’s outcome was medically inexplicable, leaving the staff of well-trained pediatric doctors dumbfounded. Based on his birth prognosis, he should have significant brain damage and developmental issues. But he doesn’t.
His outcome only makes sense from a metaphysical standpoint—the law of attraction. We remained positive and genuinely believed that he would be okay. We knew it! Our minds had no other option than a healthy, happy baby. Our higher frequency, and that of others supporting us around the globe, harmonized with the universal conscious energy. I have no doubts that this influenced his outcome for the better—indeed, the best possible outcome.
Anyone Can Manifest
In the wake of these extraordinary manifestations in my life, you may still be skeptical about the power of manifestation and the law of attraction. It’s easy to dismiss these concepts as mere “woo-woo” or believe they don’t apply to you. However, my experiences stand as a testament to the incredible potential within each of us to shape our reality. Whether it’s finding the perfect bus at the eleventh hour, enjoying an unexpected coconut on a scorching day, kickstarting a new career as a writer, or witnessing a miraculous transformation in the health of my son, it all points to the same universal truth: our thoughts, beliefs, and intentions are powerful tools.
We can create remarkable destinies by aligning ourselves with our desires. Trust in the universe and nurture a positive mindset. It’s not “woo-woo” or unattainable; it’s a profound and fundamental force within us. All you have to do is harness it. The question isn’t whether you can do it – it’s whether you’re ready to embrace the incredible potential of manifestation in your life. So, dare to believe, dream, and manifest the life you’ve always envisioned. The universe has your back, and your journey of transformation awaits.
